RGL Highlander Season 2 took place from January 14th, 2019 to March 18th, 2019. The map pool consisted of 7 maps in total selected from RGL Staff. The 2nd season sported 5 Divisions: Invite, Advanced, Main, Intermediate, and Open; in order.

Format
The season structure for each of RGL's divisions varied. Invite was the only division to sport a 5 week main season, whilst Advanced, Main, Intermediate, and Open demonstrated a 7 week main season. Invite utilized a 4 team double elimination swiss system playoffs with 2 wild card matches. Advanced used a 4-team Gauntlet System playoff structure. Main, Intermediate, and Open used a 8-team single-elimination swiss system.
Invite
The Invite division of RGL Highlander Season 2 sported the biggest differences in comparison to the remainder of the league. Invite used a single round-robin structure consisting of a 5 week main season, 2 weeks of wildcard matches, and a 3 week 4-team double elimination swiss system playoffs. All playoff matches were played as a Best-of-3, using all 7 maps that remainder of the divisions used.

Advanced, Main, Intermediate, and Open
The remainder of the divisions of RGL Highlander Season 2 used a 7 week main season consisting of solidified-selected maps. Advanced used a 3 week gauntlet playoff structure, whereas Main, Intermediate, and Open used a single-elimination swiss system. All playoff matches were played as a Best-of-3 with teams using a Pick/Ban system of the 7 maps played in the main season.
