Season 16 was the sixteenth season of ETF2L's 6v6 competition, supported by BlackOut Gaming and Tt eSPORTS. Signups opened on September 1st and closed on September 12th. The main season began on September 22nd 2013. With ESEA expanding to Europe, ETF2L took the chance to introduce more unlocks into the game, which especially benefited the use of the Pyro class.
